Throwback Thurs

It has been awhile since I have participated in a Throwback Thurs.

So here it is...it's all about me this time. ;) Thought I'd got through Easter photos of our family, beginning with a few of mine from the past. You all can tell me if you think J looks like me, or Bubb. ;)

Something I always wanted to do. My sister took lessons, and I never did. Now I am 41 and learning the piano. :) Here I am 1 yr old. Looks like I am blowing a bubble in my mouth in this photo. haha!


Yup, believe it or not, I took ballet! I think I was 5 or 6 in this photo. For those of you who know me now, you'd probably laugh...I'm not the most graceful gal!! Hence, I was never the "prima ballerina"! I was always jealous of my sister...she had the pretty "thin" body without even trying, her costumes were always so ornate and beautiful (I would sneak and try hers on...I'd have to SQUEEZE into them - she'd catch me and the fight was ON! lol). Oh, and she always had the boyfriends in school!

Throwback Thursday

When we moved from Western NC to Eastern NC, we had to give up our puppy.  We miss her so much...especially me because I was like "the mama" to our Lucy Lulu.  After having her for a little over 1 yr, we found ourselves giving her up.  

It still makes me sad...I had taught her to sit, and speak and do so many things in the short time we had her...she was a SMART puppy!  Miss dat puppy  =(

We do know that she has a wonderful home, and for that we are thankful.

This was the first night Lucy Pevencie K. stayed with us....

And this was the next spring after we had gotten her.  We then had to give her up that June.  But look how sweet she is!!!

Throwback Thursday

This is my first attempt at Throwback Thursday. :o)

Here are photos of my babes....when they were babies! :( Makes me a little sad to see how they have grown. Yet, they make me soooo smile too! :))))

So here they are...

First up is my two dc, shortly after my bubba Josh came home from the hospital. Jordan soooo loves her little brother Josh!




Here Jordan is being so cute in her high chair at about age 1 and 1/2 yrs...



And here is Josh about 9 mons hangin out in the laundry basket...hehe, what a chubby bubba!

And one for fun (wonder if my niece or her mom will see this....) This was taken yrs ago when my sweet niece spent the night with us. We did makeovers for each other. So now you know that I only allow pics of myself with make up! ;)




I'm soooo proud of them and how they are growing up in the knowledge of the Lord!
