I can tell when I ...Yes, I am definitely a type 0! I can tell when I eat more wheat, flour and white potatoes I feel more sluggish and my condition worsens. So, I think there is something to it. Also, a lot of foods that are listed as foods to avoid, I naturally do not like them as well. Such as melons...honey dew and watermelon...never been a big fan of melons. Also, cinnamon and wheat..while I love...tears my stomach up! Including coffee! I am type O- and have wondered about the r...OH my! I am type O- and have wondered about the relationship to what I eat and the cleanliness of my blood. Lately I have been craving Romaine lettuce, turnip greens, spinach, fish... I just go with it. Turns out those are exactly the foods I need. I DO need to lay off potatoes...
